Jason Dyke has been with AT&T for over 22 years and currently serves as the Business Development Manager for AT&T’s Connected Car organization. Previously, he was Chief of Staff for the National Business Marketing team. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University.
In addition to his corporate experience, Jason has a strong entrepreneurial background, having owned and operated two restaurants and an auto repair shop. He is actively involved in the community, serving as a Mentor in the United Way of Dallas’ Social Innovation Accelerator, where Carson’s Village was a fellow in the 2020 class. He is also a member of the Dallas Regional Chamber’s Leadership Dallas Class of 2022 (#BCE) and serves on the board of the Coppell Education Foundation. Jason is the proud parent of Alex, Ryan, and Carson.
Tamy brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to service as the Chief Operating Officer at Carson’s Village. With a background in civilian roles for the United States Army and a history of leadership and volunteerism, she is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others.
Hailing from Tucson, Arizona, Tamy proudly represents her alma mater, the University of Arizona, where she honed her skills and developed a passion for community engagement. Her journey in service began alongside her husband, a United States Army veteran, as they navigated the challenges and opportunities of military life together.
Throughout her career, Tamy has exemplified the ethos of “If Not Me Then Who,” embodying a spirit of selflessness and dedication to others. Her leadership extends beyond the professional realm, as she balances the responsibilities of raising five children while actively contributing to her community.
In her role at Carson’s Village, Tamy spearheads the development and oversight of programming, ensuring that the organization remains at the forefront of providing support and assistance to those in need.
Megan serves as Carson’s Village Communication Program Director and facilitates project development, administrative tasks, and communications. Megan grew up in Akron, Ohio, and Dallas, Texas. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s of Arts in English Literature from the University of Sussex.
Melissa serves as Carson’s Village Operations Manager and Continuing Support Coordinator. She helps with operations administration processes and procedures within our organization as well as facilitating and monitoring the Continuing and Direct Support, Internship, and Group Support Programs. Melissa holds a Family and Consumer Science, B.S. with a Minor in Business from Southeastern Louisiana University. Her career includes working for non-profit organizations, including Junior Achievement and the American Diabetes Association, and serving in various volunteer and philanthropic roles within her community. Melissa is a proud wife and mother of three. She is passionate about helping others and contributing to the mission of Carson’s Village.
