The Carson’s Village executive and administration team works to keep the mission of Carson’s Village moving forward. They are always exploring new ways to help grieving families move from hurting to healing to helping.
CEO & Founder
A 19-year employee of AT&T, Jason Dyke serves as Business Development Manager for AT&T’s Connected Car relationships with Hyundai and Mazda. In June 2017, after the tragic loss of his 11-year-old son Carson, Jason founded Carson’s Village which provides free support to families who have experienced the sudden loss of a loved one. Carson’s Village has helped more than 1,500 families in 46 states and is growing rapidly. Jason holds a BS in Civil Engineering and an MBA from Texas A&M University. Jason serves as a board member for the Coppell ISD Education Foundation and is the proud father of Alex-Sophomore at Texas Tech, Ryan-Freshman at the University of North Texas, and Carson.
Tamy serves as Carson’s Village Chief Operating Officer and helps develop and oversee programming within our organization. She grew up in Tucson, Arizona and is a proud University of Arizona Wildcat. Married to a United States Army veteran and the mother of five children, Tamy is honored to follow the “If Not Me Then Who” creed and lead by example in her work with Carson’s Village.
Megan serves as Carson’s Village Operations Coordinator and facilitates projects and administrative tasks. Megan grew up in Akron, Ohio and Dallas, Texas. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in English in 2022 and plans to teach English in Italy before pursuing her Masters in English Literature and her PhD.
Carrie serves as Carson’s Village Office Manager assisting with various processes and procedures. She is the proud mother of three sons and one daughter as well as her son-in-law and daughters-in-law (her oldest son lost to suicide in 2018), and is the proud grandmother of one girl and two boys with another boy arriving in September. She has a deep passion for helping others and is dedicated to serving families through our organization.
