Meet Our Team

The Carson’s Village executive and administration team works to keep the mission of Carson’s Village moving forward. They are always exploring new ways to help grieving families move from hurting to healing to helping.

Jason Dyke

CEO & Founder

A 20+ year employee of AT&T, Jason Dyke serves as Business Development Manager for AT&T’s Connected Car organization.  Jason previously was the Chief of Staff for the National Business Marketing team.  He received his undergraduate in Engineering and a Master’s of Business Administration from Texas A&M University. Jason has extensive experience with startup companies after owning and operating two restaurants and an auto repair shop.  Jason currently serves as a Mentor in the United Way of Dallas’ Social Innovation Accelerator, after Carson’s Village was a fellow in the 2020 class.  He is a member of the Dallas Regional Chamber’s Leadership Dallas class of 2022, serves on the board of the Coppell Education Foundation, as well as started the Dad’s Club at West Middle School. Jason is the proud parent of Alex, Ryan, and Carson.

COO

Tamy serves as Carson’s Village Chief Operating Officer and helps develop and oversee programming within our organization.  She grew up in Tucson, Arizona and is a proud University of Arizona Wildcat.  Married to a United States Army veteran and the mother of five children, Tamy is honored to follow the “If Not Me Then Who” creed and lead by example in her work with Carson’s Village.   

Megan S.

Communications Program Director

Megan serves as Carson’s Village Communication Program Director and facilitates project development, administrative tasks, and communications. Megan grew up in Akron, Ohio and Dallas, Texas. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s of Arts in English in May of 2022.  After teaching English in Milan, Italy for a year, she is now in Brighton, England pursuing a Masters in English Literature, Theory, and Culture at the University of Sussex. After graduation, she plans to try for a PhD (also in English Literature).

Office Manager

Melissa serves as Carson’s Village Office Manager and helps with administration, processes, and procedures within our organization.  She holds a Family and Consumer Science, B.S. with a Minor in Business from Southeastern Louisiana University.  Her career includes working for non-profit organizations, including Junior Achievement and American Diabetes Association, and serving in various volunteer and philanthropic roles within her community.  Melissa is a proud wife and mother of three.  She is passionate about helping others and contributing to the mission of Carson’s Village.
