Trey Worley currently serves as Senior Vice President and Director of Equity Fund Services (EFS) at Comerica Bank. He is responsible for leading Comerica’s national fund finance strategy and manages a diverse team of 21 colleagues located across the country, including New York, Boston, Palo Alto, San Diego, and Dallas. Prior to leading the EFS team at Comerica, Trey was responsible for managing the Western Region of Comerica’s Mortgage Banker Finance Department. Trey has served on several internal teams at Comerica that have focused on operational efficiencies and revenue enhancement initiatives.
A native of Waco, Texas, Trey currently lives in McKinney with his wife and two daughters. Trey is an avid golfer and enjoys serving with his church internationally in Mexico, El Salvador, Guatemala, and Nicaragua. On these trips, Trey has helped build houses in Mexico and provide clean drinking water to communities in Central America.
Kim Snopik retired from AT&T in 2022 after over 30 years of service in a variety of Marketing leadership roles. Kim has always been an active leader in the community, she has served as a member of the Junior League of Collin County, AT&T Women of Business, AT&T Aspire Mentoring, iCouldBe Mentoring for the Digital Age, Chapter One Online Reading Volunteers, and Junior Achievement. Currently, she is working with the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas as a Social Innovation Accelerator Mentor as well as weekly mentoring for the Wylie Independent School District. Additionally, Kim is certified by the International Pickleball Teaching Professional Association and instructs pickleball at numerous recreation centers. Kim lives in Murphy, TX, with her husband Paul. Paul and Kim have two daughters, Maggie and Megan, and a son Will. Â
Mark Grace retired from Baylor Scott & White Health as the Chief Mission & Ministry Officer. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in New Testament Greek from Howard Payne University and a Master’s of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Mark came to Baylor University Medical Center in 1983 to do a year-long Residency in Clinical Pastoral Education and stayed on as a Chaplain Coordinator on the pastoral care staff. He earned his Board Certification from the Association of Professional Chaplains in 1985 was certified as a Clinical Pastoral Education Supervisor by the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education in 1992.  In addition to his health care ministry, Grace, who is fluent in Spanish, also serves as co-pastor of a bilingual Baptist congregation in one of the nation’s most underprivileged zip codes.  Mark is married to Linda and is the father of two grown children, Nate and Megan.
A 20+ year employee of AT&T, Jason Dyke serves as Business Development Manager for AT&T’s Connected Car organization. Jason previously was the Chief of Staff for the National Business Marketing team. He received his undergraduate in Engineering and a Master’s of Business Administration from Texas A&M University. Jason has extensive experience with startup companies after owning and operating two restaurants and an auto repair shop. Jason currently serves as a Mentor in the United Way of Dallas’ Social Innovation Accelerator, after Carson’s Village was a fellow in the 2020 class. He is a member of the Dallas Regional Chamber’s Leadership Dallas class of 2022, serves on the board of the Coppell Education Foundation, as well as started the Dad’s Club at West Middle School. Jason is the proud parent of Alex, Ryan, and Carson.
Jennifer Bartkowski serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas (GSNETX). Ms. Bartkowski has been with GSNETX since 2009, when she joined the council as Chief Development Officer. Jennifer has been the CEO since 2014 and has led the council through significant growth and bold goals,
including the development of the $15M STEM Center of Excellence, a first-of-its-kind living laboratory for girls designed to change the workforce pipeline in North Texas. Jennifer’s career began after receiving a Master of Public Administration, with a nonprofit management focus, at Texas A&M University. Jennifer is Chair of the

John serves as the co-leader for the North America I&D (Inclusion & Diversity) Council for over 18,000 colleagues in North America and also serves on the Global I&D Council for WTW. John was appointed to be the Chair of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee for Allen, Texas (population of 110,000+ citizens) with the Mayor saying that the establishment of this committee is a “milestone day for the city”.
Kril helps to lead Lockton’s public sector business, providing strategic consulting expertise to Lockton service teams and clients. He has more than 20 years of experience in the benefits industry. He began his career working on the Employees Retirement System of Texas and Federal Employee Program accounts at BlueCross BlueShield of Texas. He held several executive roles within Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX), including leadership of the Sales Operations and Strategic Planning Divisions. Kril later served as Director of Account Management with BCBSTX and was responsible for public sector accounts throughout North, West and Central Texas. Kril has an M.B.A. in Global Marketing from the University of Notre Dame and B.A. in International Business from Abilene Christian University. He is a licensed Life and Health Insurance Counselor and has professional affiliations with Texas City Management Association (TCMA), Texas Municipal Human Resources Association (TMHRA), & Texas Association of School Business Officials (TASBO).
Rabbi Sarah Messinger has served congregations in Delaware, Florida, and Pennsylvania. As a rabbi and systemic family therapist Sarah brings a unique understanding and sensitivity to all life cycle events. Sarah’s professional identity is defined by counseling individuals and families as they navigate through both celebrations and sorrows. Her educational programs are multi-generational, interactive, and educational with a focus on Tikkun Olam (repairing the world). She has a B.A. in Jewish Studies from Hebrew Union and an M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova SE University. Sarah is married to Rabbi Jeffrey Eisenstat. Together they are busy traveling to see their children and their sparkly granddaughter.
