I am currently licensed in the state of Hawaii as an attorney. I have spent the last nine years in Maui. I have many family ties to Maui. My extended family have lived here in Lahaina for the last 35 years. I am married with two daughters, and a dog named Moose. Prior to moving with my family to Maui I was licensed as an attorney in Arizona. I worked as an Assistant Attorney General for the Office of the Attorney General, Public Advocacy Division, Consumer Protection & Advocacy Section.

Carson’s Village has collected this list of attorneys to make it easier for you to find a legal professional. However, the information about the attorney’s skill and practice areas has been provided by the attorney themselves (or their practice group), therefore, we cannot guarantee the attorneys on this list are right for you or your specific legal needs. We recommend that you schedule a consultation with two to three different attorneys. Most will meet with you for a brief consultation free of charge. It is important that you feel comfortable with your attorney, so make sure that you find someone who is polite, accommodating, listens and understands your needs, and is conveniently located (or easy to meet/contact). Use consultations to ask about fees and costs, if the attorney specializes in cases like yours, how long it will take to settle the estate, and to assess your fit with them in general. As a rule of thumb, follow your gut and don’t select an attorney until you find someone with whom you feel comfortable and supported.
