Job Description: Carson’s Village is seeking someone with business experience to work directly with the Chief Operating Officer. The ideal candidate is well-organized and task oriented.
Job Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in all MS Office applications
- Microsoft Teams knowledge
- Salesforce experience (preferred)
- WordPress experience (preferred)
- Excellent organizational time management skills
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Detail oriented
- Strong overall tech/computer skills
Responsibilities
- Organize content in Microsoft Teams
- Complete assigned tasks in Salesforce
- Input data onto website (WordPress)
- Content writing
- Assist with administrative tasks
- Other tasks as assigned
Expectations
- Sign a confidentiality agreement with Carson’s Village
- Pass a background check
- Follow all of Carson’s Village communications guidelines
- Complete all tasks in a timely manner
Compensation and Schedule
- Commensurate with experience
- Hours are flexible
