Job Description:  Carson’s Village is seeking someone with business experience to work directly with the Chief Operating Officer.  The ideal candidate is well-organized and task oriented. 

 Job Skills and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Proficiency in all MS Office applications 
  • Microsoft Teams knowledge 
  • Salesforce experience (preferred) 
  • WordPress experience (preferred) 
  • Excellent organizational time management skills 
  • Strong writing and editing skills 
  • Detail oriented 
  • Strong overall tech/computer skills 

 Responsibilities 

  • Organize content in Microsoft Teams 
  • Complete assigned tasks in Salesforce 
  • Input data onto website (WordPress) 
  • Content writing 
  • Assist with administrative tasks 
  • Other tasks as assigned 

 Expectations 

  • Sign a confidentiality agreement with Carson’s Village 
  • Pass a background check 
  • Follow all of Carson’s Village communications guidelines 
  • Complete all tasks in a timely manner 

 Compensation and Schedule 

  • Commensurate with experience 
  • Hours are flexible
