Audrey Faye Simpson, 98, of New Braunfels, Texas, passed June 14, 2021.
Audrey enjoyed competitive bowling, ceramics, painting, watering her plants for hours, drawing and designing their lake house, but mostly traveling the USA via their RV with her love Date or lovingly known as “Honey”.
She was loved by many, but more specifically Ruth Simpson Dudley, Kimberly Dudley Duffy, Amanda Dudley Reynolds, Sigrid Dudley Graybeal and Henry Malcom Dudley, III (Trey).
The family has asked that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to Carson’s Village.
Dear sweet family, it was a great pleasure to know Audrey and Honey. When we first met this generous couple Honey had made a game that we all played and enjoyed . After expressing how much fun we had Honey made one for us. Audrey was so talented with her crochet needle. How we all will treasure the gifts she made. We could never forget the gift of love she gave with her precious baby blankets. Women she never knew were blessed by her volunteer gifts to the hospitals. A truly loving spirit has gone home. We know there is a celebration in heaven as her spirit ascends to her permanent home with our Heavenly Father. An earthly life that was well lived has joined our Creator.
