In the month of November, Carson’s Village is proud to have helped 15 families. We are committed to families in need and are excited about our continued growth.
Here’s what one of our families is saying about Carson’s Village:
“My entire experience with this organization was amazing. I am beyond grateful for the guidance and direction that Carson’s Village gave me in this difficult time.” – Marcy C.
The Rookie class of 2023 at New Tech High at Coppell (NTH@C) presents the sixth annual Slamming for a Cause night on December 10, 2019 from 6 to 8:30 p.m benefiting Carson’s Village. During the event, select Rookies (NTH@C freshmen) will perform their original slam poems. Tickets are $5. There also will be a bake sale, t-shirt sales, learner designed greeting cards, and a silent auction. This cause is near and dear to the New Tech Rookies as many were friends with Carson Dyke, for whom Carson’s Village was founded. Learners are inspired and motivated to have his legacy continue. We can use support from our Village by:
1) Donating items for the silent auction (email firstname.lastname@example.org)
2) Donating directly to the the event
3) Purchasing a ticket and attending live if you are local (email Mrs Bence @ email@example.com)
Thanks to the Class of ’23 for selecting Carson’s Village as the beneficiary!!!
Giving Tuesday is a great way to give back to the organizations in the community that do so much to help those in need. While deciding to make a donation is a personal choice, please keep Carson’s Village in mind as look for opportunities to make an impact on community organizations. Your support gives us the resources that we need to continue to support families when they need it the most.
During this holiday season, Carson’s Village is very grateful for its “Village”. Thank YOU for your support of our work throughout the year. We wish everyone a happy and peaceful holiday and hope you enjoy this very special time with your family and friends.
